MINDS uses meshed wireless sensor network (WSN) concept to connect and coordinate all of the end-devices (drivers) for home appliances. Theoretically, MINDS can be controlled and monitored by user via smart-phone, anytime and from anywhere. The state-of-the-art of MINDS is started from the efficient data protocol design. It is followed by circuit design for specific drivers, hardware mounting, software programming, testing, and packaging. Target of this research is to propose an efficient and a lightweight system platform for smart home, without major changes on home electrical system. For prototyping purpose, we design several representative functions which cover electronic and mechanical drivers. All of them have been proven to work properly as expected.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Author keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]Electrical systems,Internet of Things (IOT),Lightweight systems,Mesh topologies,Meshed wireless sensor networks,MINDS,Smart homes,Software programming[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Indexed keywords” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]internet-of-things,mesh topology,MINDS,smart home, wireless sensor network[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”Funding details” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][vc_empty_space][megatron_heading title=”DOI” size=”size-sm” text_align=”text-left”][vc_column_text]https://doi.org/10.1109/APCCAS.2016.7804031[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/4″][vc_column_text]Widget Plumx[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator css=”.vc_custom_1624528584150{padding-top: 25px !important;padding-bottom: 25px !important;}”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
