This system often causes problems when the customers or the sellers don’t have the exact change to complete the transaction. This creates a problem since good customer experience is crucial in the restaurant business. In order to solve this problem, a solution called SELFO – A simple machine that eliminated the needs of physical energy was designed. This machine utilizes the smartcard and Secure Access Module (SAM) as a way to build a secure cashless payment system. The transaction can be handled securely and automatically without the needs of physical money.
