Announcement of 2010 Research and Technology Incentive Program Short List

Following up the Decree of the Deputy for Development of National Science and Technology Ministry of Research and Technology Number : 06/D-PSIPTN/Kp/VI/2009 dated 12 June 2009, hereby notify that the 63 pre-proposal titles submitted by ITB lecturers are included in the Short List that will follow a further selection process in the Research and Technology Incentive Program in 2010.

Researchers who are included in the Short List are requested to complete the following documents:

Prepare Proposal Documents accompanied by supporting documents by referring to the provisions in the Incentive Program Guidebook of the National Research Council – State Ministry of Research and Technology 4th Edition, especially the Proposal Format: point 5.10. (pages 26-28, for Basic Research), item 6.10. (pages 33-36, for Applied Research), item 7.11. (pages 42-47, for Production System Science and Technology Capacity Improvement), and item 8.13. (pages 54-56, for the Accelerated Diffusion and Utilization of Science and Technology). Guidelines can be downloaded from the website: www.ristek.go.id
Proposal (ratification sheet, technical proposal, cost proposal, and biodata) in soft copy with pdf format uploaded to http://insentif.ristek.go.id/. Soft copies in the form of 2 (two) CDs shall be sent to LPPM ITB no later than July 8, 2009 at 16.00 WIB. To facilitate file identification, it is requested that each page of the proposal (soft copy and hard copy) include an identity number and page number written as a header at the top right (example: KP-2010-0000, page 1 of 30).
Proposal in hard-copy form (ratification sheet + technical proposal + cost proposal + biodata, which has been bound into one proposal book) as many as 4 copies submitted to LPPM ITB no later than the date 15 July 2009. The proposal in hard copy which has been signed by LPPM is taken back by the researcher to be brought and submitted at the presentation at Puspiptek Serpong on 21-23 July 2009 (details will be announced later)
One copy of the cover letter will be prepared by LPPM ITB.
The supporting documents for the proposal consist of:
a. Statement letter regarding the AUTHENTICITY of the proposed activities to be financed
b. Researcher’s willingness to become a member of the research team
c. Statement letter that the research team is not a member of the KNRT incentive program assessment team
d. Institutional profiles and or company partner profiles (for Production System Science and Technology Capacity Building and Acceleration of the Diffusion and Utilization of Science and Technology).
For proposers who partner with international parties, technical and cost proposals are made according to the instructions in document-A and document-B in Attachment-III: International Cooperation.
