Application for Progress Reports and LPD for ITB Community Service Programs 2021

Referring to the PM Program Implementation Agreement for ITB 2021 Economic Recovery category, ITB Top-Down PM Program 2021*, ITB Bottom-Up PM Program 2021, and ITB Citarum Harum Program 2021, we hereby convey the requirements for Phase II disbursement of 30% for programs- the program as follows:

1. Progress Report;
2. 70% Fund Usage Report.

In connection with the above, we request that you immediately complete the requirements for the phase II disbursement. The Progress Report format can be obtained through the LPPM website (https://www.lppm.itb.ac.id/), and uploaded (upload) online via http://research.itb.ac.id/ no later than August 2, 2021.

Especially for activities managed by the Faculty/School, the Report on the Use of Funds is coordinated by each Faculty/School in accordance with the process of disbursing funds in their respective units and attached to the UMK submission document phase II (30%).
