A current control method for phase-controlled rectifier that has an LCL filter

Abstract
A new current control method for three-phase phase-controlled thyristor rectifier that has an LCL filter is proposed in this paper. The proposed method is based on state feedback and tracking system. By using this method, the load current can be controlled with a minimum sensor and the load current state can track the reference well. Experimental results are included to verify the proposed method.
